During Pre-Meeting, the consulting team from LJA Engineering will brief the City Council on the progress and initial findings of the North Gus Thomasson Corridor (NGTC) Study. The Study is intended to serve as the primary guide for promoting orderly growth, development, and redevelopment along the NGTC and will provide direction for a new or revised zoning framework for properties within the corridor. The multi-month planning process includes public hearings, community engagement, market analysis, development of an implementation strategy, and preparation of a final report with recommendations. Completion of the Study is anticipated in Summer 2026.
