The City of Mesquite’s Real. Texas. Service. Employee Champions quarterly program recognizes employees who have demonstrated extraordinary service to the organization and the community.
This quarter, the following employees will be recognized through a video presentation:
• Thalia Guaida, Finance Department
• Dennis Arnold, Police Department
• Lesley Frohberg, Planning and Development Services Department
• Cecil (Rocky) King, Public Works Department
Employees are nominated by their department directors and four are selected by the City Manager. The program provides the City Council the opportunity to help honor these stellar employees for their efforts in customer service and being ambassadors for the organization. The employees will be featured in various communication platforms to share their stories of service to the Mesquite community.
