Body

The ordinance annexing 25.464 acres proposed for retail development is scheduled for consideration at the July 16, 2018, City Council meeting. Two public hearings are required prior to consideration. The public hearings must be more than 10 days, but not more than 20 days apart. Consideration of an annexation ordinance may occur the same day as the second public hearing. The timetable for the public hearings is firmly established by statute and City Charter.

The proposed resolution sets the dates of the public hearings for July 2, 2018, and July 16, 2018. The City Secretary will publish the public hearing dates as required by law.
