Receive briefing regarding possible text amendments to the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to regulations for commercial accessory buildings.
Body
Currently, the Zoning Ordinance regulates accessory buildings in non-residential zoning districts, specifically with respect to location, size and function. The existing standards are relatively lenient resulting in some accessory buildings that detract from the property on which they exist. During the Pre-meeting, staff will provide possible amendments that would provide more appropriate regulations for commercial accessory buildings.

Receive direction from the City Council.
