An ordinance amending Chapter 9 of the City Code to reflect the revised restricted parking times along Front Street.
Body
On December 5, 2016, Council approved Ordinance No. 4462 prohibiting parking along the north side of Front Street between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. daily. Staff has been approached by one Downtown business with a request to change the start time to 12:00 a.m. due to occasional business related activities that continue past 10:00 p.m. Staff sees no adverse impact in changing the start time of the parking prohibition.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends approval of the ordinance.
