In accordance with Chapter 395 of the Local Government Code, the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee (CIAC) is forwarding its January 2017 Semiannual Report to the City Council for receipt. The CIAC is the committee that advises the City Council on matters pertaining to roadway, sewer and water impact fees.
This report covers the first full year of the new water and sewer impact fee program and the first full year of the updated roadway impact fee program.
