The Mesquite Quality of Life Corporation Board of Directors’ (MQOLC 4B) by-laws require that an annual report be presented to the City Council no later than the first Monday of March. The annual report shall include a review of the accomplishments and activities of the Board for the previous budget year.

No action of the City Council is required.
