Bid documents were broadcast to vendors through BidSync, posted on the City’s website and an Advertisement for Bid notice was published in the Daily Commercial Record newspaper. A total of three bid responses were received.
This bid is for the purchase of replacement Dodge OEM parts for light-duty trucks and Police Dodge Chargers. They are purchased on an as-needed basis throughout the year. The bid prices are based on dealer’s cost plus a percentage of markup. Dallas Dodge Chrysler Jeep submitted a bid response with no markup cost at all with a maximum delivery time of one calendar day after receipt of order. The term of this contract is for one year with two additional one-year renewal options.
