Bid documents were broadcast to vendors through BidSync, posted on the City’s website and an Advertisement for Bid notice was published in the Daily Commercial Record newspaper. A total of five (5) bid responses were received.
This bid is for the purchase of miscellaneous replacement parts. They are purchased on an as-needed basis throughout the year. The bid prices are based on discount off manufacturer list price. It is anticipated that a total of $80,000.00 will be spent on replacement parts this year. The term of this contract is for a one-year period with two additional one-year renewal options.
