Body

On January 9, 2017, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to recommend approval of Application No. 1461-149, which if approved, would amend Planned Development Ordinance No. 2949 to allow used car sales by conditional use permit (CUP) and grant the CUP.

 

Recommended/Desired Action

After the public hearing, staff recommends approval of the proposed ordinance.
