During the Pre-Meeting, staff will brief Council on the IH-30 corridor including existing zoning, physical restrictions, and other development impediments. Staff will also discuss recent development activity and recent zoning cases in the corridor.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff will seek Council direction on potential uses and zoning changes for future discussion.
