The Mesquite Veterans’ Affairs and Memorial Advisory Board is composed of eight members consisting of one Councilmember as determined by the City Council. Mr. Bill Porter was previously appointed to the board as the City Council representative. The terms of the members of the Veterans’ Affairs and Memorial Advisory Board expire on September 7, 2018.
