Receive briefing regarding the status of the Thomasson Square Project.

During the Pre-Meeting, staff will provide Council with information on the construction and financial status of the Thomasson Square Project along with a discussion on specific project features such as roundabouts and parallel on-street parking. The discussion will include financial impacts caused by changes to the current project design.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff will seek Council direction on whether to continue the project as currently designed or modify select project features.
