Conduct a citizen input hearing regarding amendments to the City Charter.

This is a hearing to allow citizens to offer their comments on proposed amendments and to request City Council consideration of any other charter amendments of interest.
At the June 5, 2017, City Council Pre-Meeting, the City Council discussed amending the City Charter to include City Council term limits and changes to Article III to delete Paragraph (b) of Section 26 regarding the term of contracts.
