Receive briefing regarding the status of the Thomasson Square Project.

At the June 5, 2017 Council meeting, Council directed staff to modify the Thomasson Square Project and bring a change order to Council. Council’s request requires two change orders that are separate agenda items. Staff will provide Council updated information on its discussions with the consulting engineering firm, the construction contractor, and the North Central Texas Council of Governments regarding the requested changes to the project.
Recommended/Desired Action
No Council action is required.
