Receive the July 2017 semi-annual report for impact fees from the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee in accordance with Section 395.058(c)(4) of the Texas Local Government Code.

 

Body

In accordance with Chapter 395 of the Local Government Code, the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee (CIAC) is forwarding its July 2017 Semiannual Report to the City Council for receipt.  The CIAC is the committee that advises the City Council on matters pertaining to roadway, sewer and water impact fees.

 

This report covers the roadway, water and sewer impact fee program for the first six months of calendar year 2017.
