On June 12, 2017, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to recommend denial of the Comprehensive Plan concurrency amendment, which if approved, would change the future land use designation of property from Low Density Residential to General Business at the southeast corner of East Cartwright Road and Wilkinson Road.

 

This Comprehensive Plan amendment is associated with rezoning Application No. Z0517-0005.

 

Recommended/Desired Action

After the public hearing, staff recommends denial.
