On July 12, 2016, the City entered into a Professional Engineering Services Contract with Freeman-Millican, Inc., for design services relating to the Hailey Pump Station Variable Frequency Drive Project in the amount of $26,000.00. Due to the highly specialized nature of the project, additional on-site inspections will be required during the construction of the project. This contract will provide for the necessary specialized inspection of the project to ensure successful installation of the variable frequency drives.
Financial Implications
Funds are available and allocated from water and sewer bond funds for the Hailey Pump Station Variable Frequency Drive Improvements.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends the City Manager be authorized to execute the contract amendment with Freeman-Millican, Inc.
