Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute a contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., to prepare an engineering design manual in the amount of $396,000.00.
Body
This contract will provide for the development of a comprehensive engineering design manual. The design manual will enhance the City’s development and capital improvement process by providing engineering design guidance for both public and private development to ensure that requirements are consistent throughout the City and that design of elements will best serve the long-term needs of the City.
Financial Implications
This project will be funded through Drainage Utility District funds and Water and Sewer Revenue funds.

Staff recommends the City Manager be authorized to finalize and execute a contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.
