Body
Increases in rates the City charges water and sewer customers are needed to fund additional costs that the City is incurring from the North Texas Municipal Water District and costs related to debt service for system infrastructure needs. The proposed water and sewer rates increase will be as noted in the following table. The maximum residential usage billed for the sewer charge would remain at 8,000 gallons. Rates are per 1,000 gallons of water used. These proposed rate increases would become effective for bills issued after October 1, 2017.

Apartments
