Receive briefing regarding a request from Kaufman County Municipal Utility District No. 5 to amend Resolution No. 15-2002 to allow the issuance of roadway improvement bonds for certain property within the City’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.
Body
In 2002, the City gave consent for Kaufman County Municipal Water District (MUD) No. 5 to issue bonds for water, sewer and drainage improvements. The MUD is requesting an amendment to the prior consent resolution that will enable the MUD to issue roadway bonds.
During the Pre-Meeting, Staff will present the request and the Council’s options for responding to the request.

Provide direction to Staff as Council deems appropriate.
