Title
A resolution amending Resolution No. 35-2017, approved by the City Council on September 5, 2017, by revising the Exhibit “A” attached to the resolution and reducing the area in the Mesquite extraterritorial jurisdiction proposed for annexation by the City.
Body
During the Pre-Meeting, City staff will present suggested refinements to the scope of annexation. Based upon that discussion, any revisions to the area maps will be incorporated into the proposed resolution.
This resolution covers only Annexation Area 02. Map changes to all other areas will be included in another agenda item modifying Resolution No. 34-2017.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends adoption of the proposed resolution, with exhibits to be determined at the meeting.
