Receive briefing regarding residential replats.

In March 2017, a replat was considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission that combined two lots into one in the Rollingwood Hills subdivision. There was significant concern expressed by the neighborhood that the replat would allow a large home that would be out of character with the neighborhood. Subsequently, staff was asked to explore ways to address the concerns brought up by that neighborhood.
During the Pre-Meeting, staff will brief the Council on the residential replat process and seek further direction on whether new or revised ordinances are warranted.
Recommended/Desired Action
Provide staff direction as the Council deems appropriate.
