Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute an office lease agreement with Ultimate Transportation, LLC.
Body
Ultimate Transportation LLC, has requested permission to continue to operate a transportation dispatch office at the airport. The company has occupied the office space for several years, leasing from the previous owner. This office space has reverted to City ownership and is located on the south end of the airport. The lease will be for one year at a rate of $580.00 per month.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends approval of the office lease agreement.
