Body

On December 11, 2017, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 4-3 to recommend approval of Application No. Z1117-0014.

 

The applicant proposes to sell used cars. Their business model is to acquire late model higher-end used cars, restore them at an existing facility in Irving and sell them at their Mesquite location. Sales are online, currently. They propose significant improvements to the existing building and the property.

 

Recommended/Desired Action

Following a public hearing, staff recommends approval of the ordinance.
