Bond Legal Counsel fees are part of the bond issuance costs for each year’s bond sale transaction and are determined at the time of the bond sale. The fees are paid from the bond proceeds of each bond issuance.

Bid documents were broadcast to vendors through the BidSync electronic bidding system and posted on the City’s website. An Advertisement for Bid notice was published in the Daily Commercial Record newspaper. A total of three Statements of Qualifications were received.
The Statements of Qualifications were evaluated based on experience, qualifications, Firm capacity and references. The evaluation team consisted of three members from the City Manager’s office, one member from the Finance Department and one member from the Legal Department.
