Bid documents were broadcast through the BidSync electronic bidding system, published in the Daily Commercial Record newspaper and posted on the City’s website. Three bids were received. When the bids were opened and reviewed, it was determined that the items bid were not to the level of detail needed to provide accurate and competitive pricing. In order to provide proper consistency between quotes, staff recommends rejecting all bids. The procurement will be rebid at a later date requiring the full description of each item inclusive of make/model number accordingly.
