The Building Standards Board (BSB) has a vacancy that must be filled by a commercial contractor. Neither of the alternates are qualified to fill that regular position. Cary Pritchett has submitted a personal data form and is registered as a general contractor with the Building Inspection Division.
The BSB is charged with responsibility for hearing condemnation cases, appeals from decisions of the Building Official and reviewing changes to the City’s model building codes.
