Bid documents were broadcast through the BidSync electronic bidding system, published in the Daily Commercial Record newspaper and posted on the City’s website. Two bids were received. When the bids were opened and reviewed, it was determined that not all vendors received the bid solicitation due to a problem with BidSync and therefore did not have an opportunity to submit a bid. In order to provide proper competition among all potential vendors, staff recommends rejecting all bids and rebidding in order to ensure a fair and equitable process for all vendors.
