Mobile data devices provide connectivity from mobile data computers to the City of Mesquite network and allow connectivity to the City’s enterprise applications.
This contract will support 329 mobile data devices for Public Safety and General Government as well as 68 individually assigned cell phones.
Financial Implications
Mobile data and cellular charges are budgeted annually by each department and expensed accordingly.
