This resolution is the first step in the amortization process. It is a request that the Board of Adjustment consider establishing a compliance date for five hotel uses on U.S. Highway 80. The resolution includes a proposed order in which to consider each property, but does not establish a time frame for Board of Adjustment consideration.
Staff proposes the Board of Adjustment consider the properties in the following order:
3911 East U.S. Highway 80 - Budget Inn OR 4405 East U.S. Highway 80 - Tejas Motel
3601 East U.S. Highway 80 - Luna Lodge
3817 East U.S. Highway 80 - Delux Inn
3629 East U.S. Highway 80 - Meri Best
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends approval of the resolution.
