Title
Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute a contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., to prepare construction documents for Front Street in the amount of $267,000.00.
Body
This contract will provide for the design and preparation of construction documents for the following items:
• The reconstruction of Front Street from North Ebrite Street to North Galloway Avenue, approximately 950 linear feet
• The reconstruction of North Ebrite Street, Broad Street and Lancaster Avenue between West Main Street and Front Street
• McCullough Plaza improvements
• Approximately 2,000 linear feet of storm drain, 1,000 linear feet of water line and 1,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer improvements
The roadway configuration will be determined with the completion of the Downtown Infrastructure Plan, which is currently underway.
Financial Implications
This project will be funded through Towne Centre TIRZ funds.
