Receive briefing regarding the Downtown Infrastructure Plan.

Since April 2018, members of the original Downtown Mesquite Vision Stakeholders group have worked with staff and the firm of Kimley-Horn to create a downtown infrastructure plan. Over three work sessions, stakeholders had the opportunity to guide the effort to identify and guide critical elements of the plan.
During the Pre-Meeting, Kimley-Horn team leader Mark Bower will present the resulting conceptual plan to Council and describe the next steps toward implementation.
