Body

The applicant proposes to open a business targeted toward children ages two to 12. The business is an indoor playground and provides physical fitness activities such as climbing bars, slides and a running course for the children.

 

On July 9, 2018, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to approve Application No. Z0518-0039, for a rezoning from General Retail to General Retail with a Conditional Use Permit to allow the indoor recreation activity.

 

Recommended/Desired Action

After the public hearing, staff recommends approval of the proposed ordinance.
