Title

Body

The 25-acre tract was annexed into the City of Mesquite in July 2018 and is proposed for development with retail and restaurant uses. This rezoning would allow all uses permitted in the General Retail zoning district.

 

On August 13, 2018, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to approve Application No. Z0718-0056, for a rezoning from Agricultural to General Retail.

 

Recommended/Desired Action

After the public hearing, staff recommends approval of the proposed ordinance.
