(One response in favor and none in opposition to the application have been received from property owners within the statutory notification area. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval of the application with a certain stipulation.)

The applicant operates a vehicle State inspection business on the subject property and would like to add used tires to his business activities. There will be no storage or display of tires outdoors.
On August 27, 2018, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to approve Application No. Z0718-0054, for a rezoning from Commercial to Commercial with a Conditional Use Permit to allow used tire sales.
Recommended/Desired Action
After the public hearing, staff recommends approval of the proposed ordinance.
