Title
An ordinance amending Chapter 3 of the City Code establishing airport rates and fees, effective October 2, 2018.
Body
This addition to Chapter 3 of the City Code is designed to guide airport staff as they expand and improve upon the services provided to airport customers. The proposed fees will offset operating expenditures and allow the City to reinvest as the Mesquite Metro Airport continues to grow.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends approval of the ordinance.
