Body

J-N Fence currently operates a fence contracting business from the subject property. They have also started selling sheds. Five examples of sheds that they have for sale are displayed on the front portion of their property.

 

On September 10, 2018, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to approve Application No. Z0818-0059, for a rezoning from Commercial to Commercial with a Conditional Use Permit to allow outdoor display of sheds with certain conditions.

 

Recommended/Desired Action

After the public hearing, staff recommends approval of the proposed ordinance.
