Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute a grant agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation, Aviation Division, for participation in the Routine Airport Maintenance Program (RAMP) in the amount of $50,000.00.

The Routine Airport Maintenance Program (RAMP) is an annual grant that provides financial assistance for airport maintenance work. Items scheduled for Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-19 will include joint/crack sealing and herbicide management in the runway safety area.
Financial Implications
The airport operating budget for FY 2018-19 includes matching funds for the annual RAMP projects. The grant is a 50/50 match with a $100,000.00 cap.
