Receive briefing regarding possible amendments to the Accessory Dwelling Unit ordinance.

Accessory dwellings have been permitted in one form or another since 1973. Currently, accessory dwellings require approval of a Special Exception from the Board of Adjustment. During the Pre-Meeting, staff will discuss possible amendments. With direction from the Council, amendments can be prepared for future consideration.
