Receive presentation regarding results of 2018 Community Attitude and Satisfaction Survey.

During the Pre-Meeting, Staff and representatives from ETC Institute will review highlights and major findings of this year’s survey of resident perceptions of the community and overall satisfaction of major City services with a comparison of this year’s performance with other communities both regionally and nationally, as well as an internal comparison to last year’s survey results.
The attached Geocoded Maps show the results of resident service satisfaction by Census Block and current City Council District. Next year’s survey will show results within the six new City Council Districts.
Recommended/Desired Action
No City Council action is required.
