This contract is for the construction of erosion protection of a double sanitary sewer main along a portion of South Mesquite Creek, upstream of Faithon P. Lucas Sr., Boulevard.
Bid notices were broadcast through the BidSync electronic bidding system, posted on the City’s website and published in the Daily Commercial Record newspaper. The City received six complete bids for this project.
Staff recommends that the City Council reject all bids which will allow staff to evaluate options to lower project costs and rebid the project.
