A. Conduct a public hearing to receive and discuss public input and comment on redistricting and the proposed illustrative plan.
B. Consideration and possible action to revise the designated illustrative redistricting plan and/or propose a final redistricting plan for adoption at the November 19, 2018, City Council meeting.
Body
A public hearing will be held to allow public input regarding the redistricting and proposed illustrative plan. Public meetings for citizen input were also held Tuesday, October 16, 2018, at Rutherford Senior Center and Thursday, October 18, 2018, at Florence Recreation Center.
After the public hearing, the City Council may take action to revise the designated illustrative redistricting plan and/or propose a final redistricting plan for adoption at the November 19, 2018, City Council meeting.

Staff recommends the City Council propose a final redistricting plan for adoption at the November 19, 2018, City Council meeting.
