A resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute and approve the Multiple Use Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the Mesquite Heritage Trail within U.S. Highway 80 right-of-way.
Body
The City, in partnership with Dallas County, desires to construct a hike and bike trail across U.S. Highway 80 right-of-way. This agreement will allow construction of the trail with the City agreeing to maintain the trail and related improvements within the State right-of-way.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends approval of the resolution.
