Approve Amendment No. 2 to the 2018-19 Police Seizure Budget in accordance with Title 28, Section 524 of the United States Code and Chapter 59 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedures in the amount of $15,500.00.

Pursuant to Title 28, Section 524 of the United States Code and Chapter 59 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, the City of Mesquite has adopted a budget to account for funds awarded as a result of court forfeitures and contraband, and expenditures from these proceeds may only be used for law enforcement purposes in accordance with federal and state regulations. The Fiscal Year 2018-19 Confiscated Seizure Budget is amended to include expenditures of the following items:
Ice Machine $4,500
Unmarked Vehicle Emergency Lighting $11,000
