At their December 3, 2018, meeting, the Ridge Ranch Tax Increment Finance Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) No. Five Board of Directors will consider the termination of the Ridge Ranch TIRZ No. Five .
The termination plan can only take effect upon approval by the City Council after the public hearing procedural requirements of the State statute are satisfied; therefore, the required public hearing and approval of the termination are both scheduled for the December 3, 2018, City Council meeting.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends approval of the resolution.
