Art Greenhaw, the owner of six undeveloped tracts of land listed below has offered to donate the properties to the City without condition. The properties are outside the Mesquite city limits.

The 2018 certified Dallas Central Appraisal District value of the properties is $30,070. If accepted, the total cost to the city would be approximately $2,600 in one-time closing costs. Cost for annual maintenance would be minimal, as the City will leave the property in its natural state. The City is interested in obtaining these properties in a flood plain land bank.
