Authorize an increase in the fee agreement between the City and Bickerstaff Heath Delgado Acosta LLP for legal and GIS services provided in connection with redistricting the City into six single member districts in the amount not to exceed an additional $18,000.00, for a total contract amount not to exceed $68,000.00, and authorize the City Attorney to execute a supplemental agreement to the original fee agreement in connection therewith.

A fee agreement was entered into with Bickerstaff Heath Delgado Acosta LLP (“Bickerstaff”) for legal and GIS services in connection with redistricting the City into six single member districts. The original Bickerstaff fee agreement is in the amount not to exceed $50,000.00. Bickerstaff’s fees to complete redistricting will exceed $50,000.00. Accordingly, the City Attorney is seeking authority to increase the Bickerstaff fee agreement in the amount not to exceed an additional $18,000.00, for a total contract amount not to exceed $68,000.00.
