The Mesquite Quality of Life Corporation Board of Directors’ (MQOLC 4B) by-laws require that an annual report be presented to the City Council by March of each calendar year following the end of the fiscal year. The annual report shall include a review of the accomplishments and activities of the Board for the previous budget year.

No action of the City Council is required.
