During the Pre-Meeting, City Staff will present a draft proposal of legislation to create a special district within the corporate limits of the City under the State Special District Local Laws Code to develop infrastructure improvements for a mixed-use development at Trinity Pointe.
Recommended/Desired Action
Based on City Council input, a resolution supporting legislation to create the proposed District would be placed on the March 18, 2019, City Council agenda for Council’s consideration.
